Complete outisde restoration of a building in East Longmenadow, Ma. There was a flat roof in the rear of the building, and using modified bitumen the whole roof was completed. Archectual shingles, vinyl shakes, and replacement windows from Simonton.

While subcontracting for AQRS, this whole roof was refinished using Elk shingles. This was a favorite of ours!
This whole entire house was resided using Crane Market Square Clay Vinyl. This was a large job! One piece foam filled corners.
It's no castle, but we did both the roofing using Certainteed Achitectuals, and the siding was Crane Market Square! Turned out great!
The house and garage were both stripped and redone with Certainteed Slate Blend shingles.
All need hardware, paint, flooring and windows!
